Control) 66% of those individuals with High Blood Pressure,
High
Cholesterol, and/or Diabetes would not have those diseases if they
would regularly exercise and eat right.
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of the death in the US. Two
main reason people have cardiovascular disease such as heart disease
and stroke are high blood pressure and cholestrol, which are common,
deadly and preventable.
